In September of 1976, when Lee came home and announced to Rosalie that he had quit his job and gone into business for himself, the Rolands began building two things: new homes and a reputation for craftsmanship and design that exceeds expectations.

Having a husband and wife team build your home has some distinct advantages. Lee's background includes every stage of the building process-- from staking out the house for the best street appeal to final inspections. You will still find him on site supervising construction. Lee's skill as a finish carpenter has honed his eye for details. You can see his impressive design ideas in every home they build.

Rosalie's background is in business. In fact, she has taught accounting on the college level. Her half of the team effort includes pricing homes, maximizing floor plan designs for function and flow, and suggesting amenities that will make you proud of your new home for as long as you live there. Call the office with questions and she may be the one answering the phone.

Put these many talents together with their personal attention and you have a builder who will make your dream home come to life.

January 2006 update
We began as W. Lee Roland, Builder in 1976 and in January of 2006 we changed our name to Roland Builder, Inc. We are still owned and operated by W. Lee and Rosalie Roland. As well, we still strive to build quality custom homes with impeccable taste and style.
