"A
fter interviewing several area builders, we decided to hire you to build our house. A major consideration was the '2 for 1' package deal you offer.... I really liked the idea of having two contacts at all times-- Rosalie in the office, and Lee in the field at the job site."

"Rosalie did a wonderful job helping me... Her design sense and expertise are unparalleled. She was patient and accommodating, event through nine or 10 revisions! I am thankful to Rosalie for her many helpful suggestions; they all have proven to be excellent ones.
"Lee was always available to discuss technical questions pertaining to things like roof lines and trusses, and where the house should sit on the lot. Lee understands each step of the building process and was always willing to talk to me in layman's terms, so that I could follow along. "You said in the beginning that you stood behind every house you built, and I believe it. I fell confident knowing you guarantee the work in your homes. You build a quality house.
"I would recommend you as a builder without reservation to anyone who is thinking of building a custom home," says Caroline Turek, whose beautiful custom home appears in this feature.
