Covenants Summary
  • Assessments: An initial fee of $100 due at settlement and an annual association fee, yet to be determined, will be part of homeownership.
  • Architectural Control: Developer must approve all construction
  • House: 3,000 to 6,000 square feet of living space.
  • Garage: Two-car minimum attached or detached.
  • Home Construction: Must be completed within 18 months from start; must be completed within two years of Lot ownership.
  • Exterior Materials: Limited to natural materials with approval of developer, natural-looking materials
  • Landscaping: $20,000 minimum landscaping budget required; master plan furnished by Country Market Nursery at no charge. Landscaping must be completed within the time frame for house completion
  • Water & Sewer: Well required; sand mound septic required with grading restrictions to preserve aesthetics of landscape.
