A complimentary service we provide is the opportunity to see your home in three dimensions from all angles. This is incredibly beneficial because we typically design one-of-a-kind homes that have never been built before.

Through the use of 3D rendering software we have the ability to apply exterior materials such as stone, stucco, brick, and vinyl in full color to show what the completed home will look like. In addition we design the contours of the land to show full and partially exposed basements. For some final touches we add proposed driveways, sidewalks, and landscaping.

Not only do we render exterior views, but we can display the floor plan in three dimensions. This gives the ability to see placement of windows and doors and "lines of sight." We also insert furniture into each room for purposes of space planning.

If that isn't enough detail for you, we can create shadow studies which represent where the sun will be in the sky, and what shadows are created during any time of the year and any time of the day.
